Product and Installation Guarantee – When installed by our own team
When installed by our own directly employed teams or selected contractors, SureSet resin bound paving is fully guaranteed for 21 years from the date of installation against:
- Loose Stone
- Cracking
- Oil Damage
- Softening
- Colour Change
- Frost Damage
- Workmanship

EnquireProduct Guarantee – When installed by an Approved Installer or Global Partner
When installed by an Installer or Partner who has been approved by us and belongs to the SureSet Approved Installer scheme, the SureSet resin bound paving is guaranteed for 21 years from the date of installation against:
- Loose Stone*
- Cracking*
- Oil Damage*
- Softening*
- Frost Damage*
- Colour Change*
- Workmanship*

Your Approved Installer/Global Partner will supply their own guarantee to you covering their workmanship for the SureSet Installation and any other elements of the construction which you have agreed upon.
