In March 2017 we were contacted by MQL Developments Ltd of Salisbury to quote for the paving works on a new high-end building development in the heart of the Salisbury. The three detached properties were designed to offer the ultimate in seclusion, comfort and opulence, combined with exceptional attention to the details of practical, contemporary family living. With a brief like this SureSet was the natural choice for the grand entrance offering a low maintenance, SuDS compliant, UV stable product that would both blend in and elevate the properties to reach the highest standards the home owners would expect.

Following the initial quote, the order was placed in April of 2017 and the material changed from our Golden Barley Beach to a lighter ash colour Norwegian Pearl. SureSet worked closely with the developers to get the base prepared to our specification and the 204m² installation was completed In May 2017.

The choice of using SureSet resin bound Norwegian Pearl aggregate perfectly blends in with the crisp clean lines of the property and is perfectly offset by the grey edging sets used around the exterior of the paving as well the grey details of the properties. The homes were all beautifully arranged and thoughtfully orientated with vast windows and swathes of glazed bi-folding doors providing an abundance of light, and the choice of SureSet paving only serves to enhance the design features providing a smooth, seamless communal driveway fit for purpose.
